This story tells us a lot about our country, about the tendency even concealed, we being weak with the strong (the owner of the Suv) and strong with the weak (a foreign Lady).
If there is a law that is worthy of respect. But the best judge, in this case two traffic warden, is what the law with common sense. The penalty must always be fair and one that responds to the cell phone while going by bike (300 euros fine) and one that leaves your car in second row (pardoned) where you’re established the right and mindless arrogance.
