Seller Dies Hit By Stray Bullet While Talking To Your Phone

The seller Flavio Roberto das Neves, of 37 years, died after being hit by a stray bullet on Sunday evening (3), on Wattled jacana, in the northern zone of São Paulo.

He was inside the House and spoke to the cell phone in the window while it was a Police Chase in the street where he lived.

The military police were seeking two suspects who were in a stolen car in Guarulhos, in the region of greater São Paulo. After beating, one of the suspects left the vehicle injured and was arrested. The other fled.

In the police version, while leaving the place on foot, the suspect gave a shot. A soldier fought back and the bullet fired by PM reached the head of the seller. He spoke with the daughter of 14 years on the phone.

The wife of the victim and the neighbor gave testimony during the early hours of Monday (4). They said the shot that killed the salesman left the police gun. To the police, the soldier claimed the shooting was accidental. The weapon was seized and will be examined.

According to the police report, the officer was booked in the Act because, while shooting took the risk of killing but only the skill can point who was, in fact, the author of the shooting. It must be sent to the Military Prison Romão Gomes.

The victim came to be bailed out, but could not resist. The Department of homicides and protection of Person (DHPP) and the Inspector General of the military police investigate the case.
